Our vision

Every day, we carry out projects based on reliable analysis, transparent communication, and clear accountability on the part of the team. Our vision is to further strengthen this approach by developing competencies, tools, and work standards so that our clients’ investments are carried out in a manner that is as predictable as possible in terms of costs, schedule, and risks. We strive to ensure that our technical and contractual advice translates into efficient decisions and effective actions at every stage of the investment process.

 

Our history

Trebbi Polska Sp. z o.o. was established in April 2014 in response to the growing need for a structured and standardized approach to investment in Poland. From the very beginning, we have developed based on the know-how of Rose Consulting, a British consulting company with over 40 years of experience, drawing on its practices, methodologies, and work culture.
We started as a team focused on process quality and responsibility for implementation, and over time we built up the expertise and structure to support increasingly complex projects. The foundation of the company remains a combination of international experience and local practice, as well as a team of specialists who understand investments from a technical and organizational perspective.
