A topping out is a building tradition dating back to the 14th century, which consists of hanging a wreath decorated with colorful ribbons on the top of the building.
It is hung as a sign of the end of an important phase of construction, to ensure the prosperity of the building, thanks to the protection of the deity.

We have signed 12 framework agreements for Project Management and Investor Supervision for fit-out works in 12 buildings with a total area of over 330,000 square meters.
Based on our many years of experience, we also support our Client CPI Property Group Polska in creating standards for quality documentation of buildings and help in the elaboration of technical opinions!
We owe such a large contract to Mariusz Witkun, Adam Stopa and Paweł Majewski, who negotiated the terms of the agreement and supervised all activities.

Will the underground Hyperloop from SpaceX connect LPP S.A.‘s distribution centers in Pruszcz Gdański and Brześć Kujawski along A1?
Maybe someday. 😉 So far, the expansion of the car park for automobiles and the construction of a parking space for trucks and cars are underway, along with the construction of internal roads and installations in the LPP Distribution Center in Pruszcz. We are pleased to support the Investor in coordination and conduct Investor Supervision in all industries.

Baby steps!
We must admit that the expansion of the LOTTE Wedel factory’s central refrigerating engine room is a challenge from the very beginning! Recently, we completed the earthworks, carried out jet-grounting, insert new columns and replaced the ceiling while maintaining the operation of the engine room. As you can guess – it was not easy, but the effects are already visible!

We are getting the lead out with the first investment for Frontier Estates Polska!
We are currently carrying out activities related to the northern road construction at the Frontier Park Wrocław investment, which we supervise as part of the Project Management service headed by Adam Topolski!
And soon we hope that the visualizations we present will turn into a unique warehouse and small business units space. Such projects please the eye!
